And I STILL can't keep up with all the new developmentsin all the areas.Let me put the above in the context of a very simple formulaanyone can understand and follow. Then, it'll help you zoom in a little more on which of the above you wanna spendtime on and which you don't.There are three basic steps in this game, in spite of all thehoopla over different methods.Here is the short form:1. Get traffic2. Get emails3. Send emailsHere is the same formula in a more elongated method.Step one:

Get people to your web site or name squeeze pageStep two: Collect email addressesStep three: Send out emailsIn case that looks a little familiar, it IS the same exact formula I presented in the Amazing Formula years ago. Thesame thing STILL works, which is more than I can say for a LOTof methods that people have sunk money on over the years.I could add a fourth step onto there called the KSL. In otherwords, when you send out those emails, you're usually sendingpeople BACK to a web page that has a sales letter on it.Or, if you're following trendier models.

You parse out yoursales letter over time on your blog. It's STILL a sales letter.It's just delivered in CHUNKS.Back when I got in this game years ago, you only had THREE steps to make money online:Step 1: Click button one on Net Contact -- that was the onethat stripped email addresses.Step 2: Write your emailStep 3: Click send.Well, a lot of thing have changed since those days.

But themain difference is simply in step one. Instead of strippingemail addresses off of web sites, you have to collect themby enticing people with free offers.Oh, and now, you don't just send out offers. You send outcontent too. That's why I'm taking my time to write you thisezine each week. So you have an reason to stay on my list andread my offers.Now, most of the methods in the list above are different waysto get people to your web site.

Social bookmarking, Squidoolenses, inbound links, link exchanges, bum marketing, blogging,article marketing -- all those are ways to accomplish step one via organic traffic.Organic traffic is the LEFT SIDE of the search results. Thenon-paid results. The lure of free organic traffic is great.And the methods that it takes to get it are a lot of work andnever stop!Here are my guidelines to help you get on a path that actuallyworks for you and gets you somewhere:1.

Pick one method of getting traffic to your site and developexpertise at it. Buy all the reports and ebooks on THAT method, instead of buyinga little about a lot of methods.If you wanna do article marketing, then FOCUS just on that untilyou get great at it.Ditto for organic seo or affiliate marketing or whatever you choose.My friend Kirt Christensen is a great example of this. He is anexpert at pay-per-click marketing and puts all his effort intothat.2. Evaluate the high end.

So if your method is ppc marketing and the next big product launcheveryone promotes is about article marketing, you might wanna thinktwice about dropping your grand on it.On the other hand, if your chosen method is PPC, I think your investments in the latest products on that topic that are within your budget are very wise expenditures.3. Google keeps changing the rules.But Google does the same on ppc marketing (pay-per-click). Just not as quickly.4. Affiliate marketing is built on relationships, and thus is less high tech. Like it or not, the game is STILL an email game.Yes, I do know of people who make more money by going for the immediatesale than the email address.

But for the most part, email still rules.When CanSpam came along, everyone moved to doing Google Adsense. It seemed less risky. The idea was to monetize clicks and sell them toGoogle. Which was OK as long as Google let you build thousands ofcrappy pages disguised as content and would spider them.But Matt Cutts ain't that dumb. Anyone who thinks they're smarterthan;

Google over the long haul needs a serious dose of brain enhancing vitamins.In any event, things have settled now. Adsense still works if youplay the Game at a higher level. And email is still the killer app-- in spite of the hassles of email deliverability andsuch.I'm shocked to see the move away from ezines.

In the old days, therewere tons of them. A lot of them crappy, just like "made for adsense"web sites. I don't really miss the crappy ezines.I miss some of the good ones.It seems to me that the long shadow of CanSpam still scares peopleaway from email.What I HATE about Internet marketing is that at the end of the dayit gets boiled down to what the least talented, laziest people inthe entire world wanna do.So instead of quality ezines, we had people sending out crap.

I mean, brainless articles and tons of ads. Nothing morally wrong with it. I'm just talking marketing here.What are the odds that something like that is gonna be evergreen?OK, so you'll make some coin in 6 months before Google zaps itagain for the umpteenth thousand time. Now where are you?Now, we have people churning out articles in 20 seconds using software and flooding article directories with 'em. (Is therereally longevity in that model?)Where is the art in it?

Where is the craftsmanship? Where is the love for the topic and the customer? Where is the soul?The passion?In the viral ebook heydays, we had people writing the worst possible content in an ebook, giving it away for free then bitchingand moaning on the forums that it didn't go viral.Your brightest, most talented or hardest working people offeredcatchy viral ebooks that contained true value. And oddly enough,the ebooks did well.Others tried to remove their brain from the equation, offered purejunk then were shocked at the lack of results.

There is NO LIMIT to which people won't go to take a great methodand dilute it down to the lowest common denominator then dilute iteven more into pure JUNK.It's the dumbing down of the Internet. Thus, big companies try to look for any edge and a way to rise above the noise. Which leads me to a discussion of web 2.0.6.

Web 2.0 is about interactive web sites that make it easyfor people to create and upload user generated content.Web 2.0 is the answer of big business to the dumbing down of theInternet by people who wanna make the quick buck without regardthe eco-system they're participating in.Listen -- creating, building and managing interactive web sites is not a piece of cake. The people who do it effectively have FULL TIMEprogrammers on staff.I laugh when I see web 2.0 programs that in the end teach socialbookmarking and putting a forum on your web site. It's a joke.

Make no mistake -- web 2.0 is about BIG companies trying to createhigh end interactive solutions that become a "barrier to entry" forthe smaller guy and gal.Having said that, I'm sure that over the next year or two peoplewill create software that makes creating interactive web siteseasier.I think the DREAM of user generated content sites is amazing.Maybe it'll come into fruition where smaller entrepreneurs can pull it off.Still, I believe the stuff that really kills it will involvecustom programming and a team of programmers.

I know from personal experience it's a heck a lot harder to getpeople to create and submit user generated content than you'dthink.And even then, someone has to review the user generated content,police it, etc. But user generated content is a cool idea. if the killer app comes along and it helps you build your list,foster relationships and, in the end, sell stuff, I'm all forit.Where does this leave YOU?1.

Don't be part of the dumbing down of the InternetYes, you can make money by having articles of no value toanyone written by someone in a country most people never heardof for $1.00 each.The lure of easy money beckons all of us. Even the smartestand most talented, who coincidentally, are usually the only ones swift enough to make these strategies pay out.Are you building something that lasts? Or building on quicksand?I hope you're going evergreen. Or as I'm fond of saying EverRed.2.

Take pride in your content and craftIf you hire out articles, see if you can get articles createdthat actually offer VALUE.3. THINK about the model you're following.I say that Internet marketing is STILL about getting traffic,building your list, and sending out email.Hopefully, done with more skill than in the past. Hopefullythose emails aren't just pure, unadulterated JUNK purchasedfrom the lowest cost PLR site a human being can find with articles written by people in third world countries withno passion or interest in the topic.

Now, you have the new web 2.0 interactive web sites. Whereit can be argued that people participating in the communitieswill take the place of outbound email.Still, the FIRST thing those communities do is try to GRAByour entire freaking address book from hotmail, yahoo or gmailand send out what?EMAIL trying to suck your buddies into the community.

So tell me that email doesn't still rule.Oh, and if you think it's gonna be cheap and easy to build acommunity people love and participate in without a programmer,I wonder what you're smoking.People who think that REALLY and TRULY don't get it.Web 2.0 is about BIG COMPANIES trying to squeeze out the little guy by creating complex interactive web sites that are a barrier to entry for anyone who can't afford pricey programmers.4. There is STILL one edge.

One advantage.Creativity.Craft.Love of people.Love of work and information.Meaningful work.There's no big business that can replace the SOUL of theInternet with interactive programmers.That SOUL is people who LOVE a TOPIC. Who LOVE the peopleinvolved.And who CREATE value that is highly desired by those participatingin that community.Web 2.0 is about creating a platform for users to generate andcontribute content.

Cool stuff. But high end programming. Andthe monetization for entreprenuers who aren't "going public" isup in the air in my mind.I think the verdict is still out on whether or not small, undercapitalized entreprenuers can play that game.In my mind, if you play a Game, you gotta have an ADVANTAGE towin.

Does the smaller guy or gal have an advantage over the bigguns in the web 2.0 world?I'm not so sure. But I'm NOT against it. If someone comes outwith the killer app that faciliates user generated content -- and if there is a way to MONETIZE that model for a 1 to 10 personbusiness, then I'll jump on the bandwagon.

To me, web 2.0 is like insurance against the collapse of email.If stupidity reigns and email dies (highly doubtful) as a medium,interactive web sites would still provide a PULL to gather anaudience.Where the mom and pop infopreneur has an advantage is in CREATINGknow how that fills the wants and needs of a tightly definedaudience or audience.And in building a relationship with 'em via email.Let's talk about relationships.

There, you have an advantage over the big, impersonal companywhere employees come and go with rapidity.You have an edge. An advantage. That's the Red Factor.Now, to bring this article full circle, how is it you're gonnaturn that coin online so you can make what you wanna make, have the freedom you want, sock away a little dough for retirementor pay off those nasty bills?Step one: Find that market and get those eyeballs to yourweb site or blog or interactive community.Step two:

Get their name and email by offering somethingenticing.Step three: Follow up with emails that offer value andbuild trust and relationships. Somewhere in there you needto sell something in the process of that conversation.When that new email with the new magical product hits youremail box, you can ask where it fits in these 3 steps.And you can choose one traffic method in step one to startwith and become an expert in. "Its easy to Milk a Cow". ok so you want to start a farm , and become self suffisient, by milking a cow for milk, well its easy to milk a Cow, I started when I was about 15 on our farm Dad would have about 25 Cows of the jersey breed.

The main thing you need are a small stool that you are comfortablle sitting on, and some warm water to wash he udder and bag, for hygienic reasons, also, so its easy to milk a cow, she needs some fresh hay to chew on while she is being Milked, as it helps her want to come into the bail then and also it keeps her contented.

A Contented cow will give more Mi;lk, and always make sure she has fresh water to drink before she returns to the paddock, as milk with out water you won't get much from her.
Ok so how do you milk a cow well you get comfortable, and have the bucket between your knees, and from the back teats, you pull and squeeze, pull and squeeze both at the one time.

And it takes a little while to ajust if you are new to it, but in general its easy to milk a Cow, expecially if she is not frightened of you and no noise bothering her, flies can be a bother, to your cow while milking and you would do well to tie her tail back out of your way if you don't want a swish, in the eyes with it and it hurts as well.

So don't be in a rush with her let it become an enjoyable time together and she will enjoy coming in to be Milked, and you can give her a variety of food, to eat in the bail while she is being milked,Also, she will become accustom to being milked at the same time. ok hope you enjoy your milking times together.

Why Would I Do This?
It’s not a huge secret that I am a marketer too. My intentions are to offer you such great content on this blog that you will come to build a relationship with me as readers. I intend to help you get your marketing career well and truly underway and in return you will continue to look forward to my products.
My relationship with readers is the most important part of my business. Without you I do not have this part of my income - yes, I would still have other areas like Squidoo, affiliate marketing etc. But to me, there is nothing more valuable - both in monetary and emotional terms than my readers.
The more I help you succeed - the more you will help me succeed.
I’m sure that this might be a little too honest for some readers but it’s something that I wont apologize for. I know that some of you might well be bored stiff with listening to people harping on about how they just love to help and it’s in their blood to do so. Then there are others who are way to savvy to fall for that anymore.
WIIFM And How It Affects You
WIIFM is probably something that you have already heard online, if not is stands for What’s In It For Me? This is what drives almost everything online. It’s what makes us purchase something, makes us create something or help someone.
It can be as simple as helping someone out to let ourselves feel good and this can be a very powerful reason. I spent a long time this morning going through my emails and sending some very detailed responses. Most of the time I feel the ‘need’ to because they signed up for my coaching, but some of the time I get emails from people just asking for advice on the off chance. I have no obligation to respond to these emails - apart from a politeness response - today though, I wanted to.
Why? Because I felt good about myself for doing it. The classic WIIFM.

Its a new Day

Hi and welcome, to its a new day, and we are so pleased you dropped by for a chat, things are really hotting up out here on the little Farm.

As we said its a new day, out here on the Parairie, the Dogs and I are having a lot of fun together,And now there is a new litter of babies, to be nurtured and train, they are really cute little fellows.
And as soon as they see its a new day, they are out and running around, its fun to just sit back and enjoy them as they won't be around much after they grow to about 3 months they, are sold off.
So its a new day all over again after that, because their new owners want to teach them to do what they command, and its really a tear jerking time when we see them in the back of the car's, and off on their new Journey in life.

Becoming Some one who can Influence, others to keep on going in the blogging world, is not easy its a lot of hard work, Since when have you been told, you can get some thing for nothing, in this World unless you have a big Influence, on people in the right places.

1. Be Patient - Becoming an influencer takes a considerable amount of time. Don’t expect to launch a blog and gain a huge influence on your niche right away.

2. Be Consistent - In order to keep making progress towards becoming an influencer, you must be consistent and diligent with your blogging efforts. No one ever ascended to the role of influencer by sitting around and waiting for it to happen.

3. Grow Your Knowledge - Influencers are generally very knowledgeable on the topics that they cover, and you should never stop learning and growing. The more knowledge you have at your disposal, the better off you will be as a blogger.

4. Focus on Quality Rather Than Quantity - The quantity and frequency with which you post is far less important than the quality of your information. Never sacrifice quality in order to produce more content.

5. Be Original - Influencers are not followers. In order to stand out and show your value to others in your niche, make every effort to be original and don’t get stuck in the rut of following blogging trends.

6. Be Fair - Others in your niche must respect you in order to be an influencer. Always be careful about how you word things and how you come across to your readers.

7. Brand Yourself - All bloggers need to be working towards achieving a strong image in the eyes of readers. Influencers typically have been very effective at branding themselves.

Who is a Customer?
First of all, you need to be able to create a customer before you can learn how to treat one. Through this process of turning a visitor into a customer, customer service is required. Customer service begins from the moments an interaction between a customer and you takes place (or between your website and a customer). A customer relationship can either begin prior to someone actually becoming a paying customer, or after they have already made a purchase.
Treating a Customer like Your "Last" One
A good approach you can take when treating your customer is to treat the customer as though they are your last one. By taking this approach, you will approach the customer with a much greater understand, and a lot of the time you will be a lot more helpful. If someone comes up to you and says, “I am unhappy with your product or service!”, the easiest thing to do is take it personally and fire back. Don’t do this.
Instead, develop an understanding why the person is unhappy, and work with them to resolve the problem. Often times this will create a solid relationship with you and the customer and it will show that you are not here to just make money, you really care about others. This will go a long way for you in business. Another important thing to consider when dealing with unhappy people, you will learn exactly why they are unhappy and likely be able to improve your offering. This will further increase your business.
Conversely, if someone contacts you to let you know that they are happy with your service / website / product etc, this is another opportune time to build a relationship. Many times when someone says “Thank You” it is easy to simply accept their nice words and not reply to them. We believe that everyone who contacts you deserves a response, so write back regardless of whether the person is asking for something, or simply saying hello. It’s amazing how much your business can grow by interacting with your customers and offering support on all levels. You can use a “Thank You” email as a platform to offer further support, or to simply touch base. People like to deal with REAL people, and in the online "world", personalization and human interaction is frequently overlooked.
Dealing with Scammers
There is a fine line between a customer just out to get the best for themselves, and one who really does not like your product. Any business owner will tell you that for every business trying to “scam” people, there are 5 people trying to scam the business! Although Internet marketing has been around for years, so have individuals who have successfully scammed hundreds of businesses.
You have to go no further than Clickbank to see how much consumer fraudulence goes on. People take advantage of the fact that they can get a refund on any product that they purchase from Clickbank. Some people just buy a product, read it or use it, with full intentions to refund the product before the purchase. This is very frustrating as a merchant and will result in a 5% refund rate regardless of how good your product is.
So what can we do about this?
We can work on a long term relationship after someone purchases. We can make them feel guilty about requesting a refund by going above and beyond the level of support that is required. Follow-up with your purchasers after they have bought your product, and offer them a bonus just because you though it would be a nice gesture. This will go a long way, and reduce the number of “scamming” individuals from refunding. Believe it or not, some of these people do have a conscience.We also have to take into account that some people will simply just not use your product / service the way that it is meant to be used, thus it may not work for them. These individuals are prime examples of the type that request a refund. So, follow up with your customers, offer them help, bonus material to make things easier for them. If you aren’t selling your own product, you can still work with people who purchase through your affiliate link. For example, at Clickbank you can get the email addresses of people who purchased, you can always send them a free guide, or a Bonus, or even offer them support for the product that they purchased. This will build a positive relationship and significantly lower the chance of a refund.
So what about people who contact you to “complain” and make “demands”? DO NOT FIGHT FIRE WITH FIRE. Although someone may be very disruptive and condescending towards you, be the better person and do not stoop down to this level. You probably have heard the saying “kill them with kindness”. This truly does work and unhappy customers are likely to recommend you to others if you treat them with respect at all times, regardless of their candor.
This leads into creating long term relationships that will benefit your business for many years. Offer exceptional customer service and you can build a solid foundation of long-term, faithful customers.
Creating Long Term Relationships
After someone purchases, they become a customer. All good companies know that is takes a heck of a lot less work to sell something to an existing customer, than to create a new customer. In fact, some analysts have indicated that within some industries, a sale from a new customer can cost up to ten times more to acquire a sale from an existing one.
Now that you understand how valuable an existing customer is, you need to understand where customer service plays an important role. Take someone who purchases your product, and treat them like gold. This could include:
sending out a bonus after purchasing
sending out a follow-up survey
offering additional support
By making connection with your customer after a purchase, you are opening your doors to new opportunities. If you are an affiliate, you can offer to send people you purchase a “valuable bonus” upon purchasing from your site, and then you will be able to create this long term relationship.
If you are a merchant, grab the customer information upon them purchasing, and send off a bonus that will be useful. If you are selling a digital product, send a follow-up asking them if they have any questions or need any further assistance.
By offering the highest level of customer service, you are instantly opening the potential for future promotion opportunities to your customers. If they are happy purchasing from you once, why wouldn’t they do it again? Chances are they would.
Question Your Customers
Ask your customers if they have any questions. If you have the opportunity to interact with them personally, you credibility will increase exponentially, and they will much more likely purchase from you now and in the future.

Well today I want to share with you about breeding from your Dogs, As I have two Beautiful Border Collies, and have bred from the Female now for the past, 8 years.

She is a smooth haired Collie with a beautiful Temperment around Adult Peaople but a bit Snappy around children.

Because when we got her she had been abused something shocking, she was hit with sticks and pelted with stones by kids who had no respect for her as a female dog, anyway when we brought her home she was so timid, you could not get near her.

So my Boyfriend said to me also being a Female, said honey you will have to allow Lady to come inside with us and get to know that we are not going to hurt her, but just love her and care for her.
Well we did as much as I did not want a Dog's company that close, but even I got to love her so much that with in a couple of weeks we became unseperatable, and could not bear to not have each other around us.

She became so loving and careing, she would just sit at the front door and howl if she could not see me around any where, so much so that when the Vet came to check her out to see if we could breed from her.

She would not let the vet touch her i had to do all that the vet wanted to do to her, anyway she was given a clean bill of health to start breeding from her when she came in heat.

Well the first heat was an amaizing thing with her, she would not let the Male dog any where near her unless I was there with her when he wanted to sniff around her vagina, and then she would stand very proud of herself and switch her tail over her back, to signal to the male that she was ready for him to make love to her.

But as soon as he knotted with her, and it looked like I was going to move away and give them privacy, she would put on a real Panic, and howl and I come to under stand her ways, and did not leave them, alone I stayed with them while he served her, and she loved it her tail wagged, and she had a look of satisfaction, on her face.

Ok they were tied for about 35 minutes, then when he uncoupled, she ran over to me, and started to sniff around me as if to say come on your turn he wants you now,it was amaizing her attitude to me, after he finished with her, so don't tell me animals are stupid, they know and look after those who look after them.

Ok after 9 weeks she gave birth to a beautiful litter of black and white babies she had 8 in her first litter, it was a wonderful experence for me as a Female to see and watch her rear them babies, and well she looked at me as if I were her Mother and wanted me to help her out, in feeding them.

After they were about 6 weeks old I noticed she did not have quite enough milk for them, and was a bit concerned, anyway just by a freak Accident, as one hot afternoon, as I was topless when I went down to check on her and the babies, i noticed she must of fed them, and two looked as if they never got much from her, and on laying in her big kennel, with her and the babies.
I was just laying there admireing them and all of a sudden one of the hungry babies noticed one of my Boobs, and clung onto it and began sucking on it and gee it made me feel all funny, inside but i must admite i was loveing the feeling as well, and did not push it away, but got the other one and i layed down more, and put him onto my other Boob and let him suckle me Wow that got my juices flowing.
Anyway, about 5 minutes after the Mum got up and came over and nuzzled her face up my dress into my groin, and was sniffing my panties.

Hello and Welcome, to online-4money and today was a Day of saying Sorry, here in Australia, It was a day when well for me, to hear the Prime Minister Kevin Rudd say Sorry, to all the Indiginous People of our Land.
To Me I was very moved not being an Aborigine, even so They are my fellow Australians, and we all bleed the same colour, Blood Red.
I was so proud to hear the Words Sorry for what Government beuracrates did to these lovely natured people, who deserve better treatment, So now its time to give back to them what has been stolen, not only their dignity, and their children, but also so some Compensation, to give them a new start in life.
Maybe some new clothes, a new car, a new House, and above all things treat them as we want to be treated, if we don't It will be a Sorry Day for all Australians, oh yes I understand there will be those who will try to rip off the system, but we have those among the White Australian as well.

So don't point the finger at that family across the road, remember now they are our Families, and we need to cross the road, and shake hands and give a hug, and say I'm Sorry, and also try and help in some way, to make them feel better.

Oh yes and we have those who say what about all those who were sent out here on the Boats from England our Mother country, ok so what about them a lot of them stole bread and food to feed their families.

Its-A-New-Day

Hi there and welcome to "its a new day", the Sun , is shinning and with a little bit of due in the air still its now just 6.00am.
This "its a new day" where I will be working out in the Garden, today as I want to plant some Butter Beans, ready for my Table through the Autumn.

Also some Strawberries I brought at the Nursery, Yesterday, so they will get a move on in the Hot House, as we like Strawberries and cream for desert, after we have a cooked meal, Wow It a new Day, to enjoy, and be out doors hearing the birds chittering away to each other.

Yesterday was a very nice time shopping for some new gear to wear out doors, when playing with my Dog who is in my Profile if you care to look at Him, his name is King and he thinks i'm his Queen.

Anyway moving right along, from that subject; maybe one day i will share a bit more along the Personal lines about He and Me, but not today.

A-Beautiful-Day

"A-Beautiful-Day", yes it really is as I pull the curtains, back and allow the morning dawn come into my bedroom.
And se this is "A-Beautiful-Day", and get ready to go and feed my animals, including my beautiful Boy King my German Sheperd, who is in a picture on my Profile go check him out and leave a comment.
Now on with the "Beautiful Day" So I 'm on my way over to the kennel yards to greet King, and tell him I love him, and he is a very good Boy.
Then its off out to feed my mini Horses, and check to see if any little Foals have arrived yet, as two mare's, are due to drop Foals soon.
Then its off to mil the cow for our fresh milk, to make our cream and Butter, and feed all the cats and dogs, and me as well.
Then its into the house for a shower and get changed so I can have some breakfast, with King, and get him ready to go shopping for our stores, of food to do us for the Fortnight.

And do the Banking, and get some change for Power, and Petrol, for the Car, and also pay our Telephone Account.
You see on "a beautiful day", you have to get all these things done, while in town, because if you forget to do some thing you may have to go all the way back into town to do it.

So this is why I like to write a list, of all my main things that have to be done, including all my utilities; so that then i know that things will be "A Beautiful Day" , because every thing will be able to flow from having all my Bills paid.

What's-Happening-Today

Wow, what is happening today, its so windy and cold here in Tasmania today, and we are going shopping for our fortnightly stores, to get food, for our table.This is whats happening today,
I got up this morning, a little bit worse for wear, and had breakfast of a bowl of Oats, cooked in the microwave, for 4 minutes with two cups of water, and let cook, then sugar to taste, and milk on it.
Then my cuppa Tea which is a lemon soother, with no Caffine, but all the peels of other citrus fruits, all made into a lemon Soother is what its called you get them from Supermarkets, in a box of 50 tea bags. yes this is whats happening today
And i have my Garlic tablets two, one iron tablet, and two Fish oil Tablets as well thats my daily intake of vitimins.
Then while I'm eating all that, I read God's Word the Holy Bible to get my Wisdom, and knowledge, and understanding in how and what to do each day. and this is whats happening today, from here.
Ok, I just shared a Sandwich with my wife, for lunch and now we are getting ready to go to town, which is about 15 kilometer's away from our home.
Our home is an old heritage house which is over 120 years old we are renting it from a lovely family, elderly couple who's children have grown up and left and married.
Its very cheap rent of $100.00 dollars Australian, and when its windy it rocks and rolls and sways, about, but as yet not fallen down anywhere.
We had a funny thing happen although not funny for my Wife as she was laying on our Bed one Sunday afternoon.
Reading God's Word, then all of a sudden I heard her Scream out in a blood curdling scream, and when I rushed to investigate there was on the floor a big 4 feet6 inches Tiger Snake, crawling around our bedroom floor.
Wow what was I going to do now, because I had a Broken leg in two places, and no stick to kill it with even though they are protected as I found out from the Snake Catcher, and then I said to him well they may be protected but so are we.
Anyway it cost me, $40.00.Dollars to have it caught and removed.
So life here at West Ridgley Tasmania, is not boreing at all as there is always something to do and get your attention, so I'm pleased I can share this little bit of paradise with you all out there world wide, so until tomorrow this is Sammy saying bye for now and please help some one else to smile today, as Jesus loves you all bye for now .

First of all find the mains where you can turn the water off out front of your unit or flat or house, ok then next, you get a spanner, from your tool box, and see if you can put it onto the nut on top of the Tap.

Now you undo the nut take the spring and washers off the top, and now get a bigger spanner and unscrew, the whole Tap, and when you unscrew it right out of the hole, you will see a little round either plastic, or metal plug with a bit of rubber on it take it out, ok now take it with you down to your hardware Store and ask for a packet, of the same.

Also a packet of Hot water ones as well, then you can go back home and replace the old one with a new one, and put back together, and do like wise with all of them, till you have done every Tap in the unit house or flat, that needs replaceingok thats it, easy isn't it Know How to do things for yourself, its cheaper. Snail-Meat-For-Cuisines, The snail density in the breeding pens is allowed to build up to around 80 breeding snails per square meter. This equates to a total of around 800 per snail holding Shed.
Mating snails are chosen for their size and quality, The mating habits of snails is quite facinating, snails are hermaphrodites- that is each snail, has the ability to lay eggs and also has the ability to fertilise another snail, with sperm.

In the mating process it is not uncommon for two snails to simultaneously fertilise each other; Soon after fertilisation the snails lay eggs in the deep friable soil and play no further role in the care and nurture of their young.

The size of each egg laying session can vary between 30 and 80, but higher numbers are not uncommon; after three weeks the eggs hatch and the tiny snails about 3mm long crawl to the surface and seek the shelter of the retreats.

One interesting feature of the reproductive process is that there is a mortality rate of adults snails following egg laying, This can be as high as 35% to 40% over the period of a year, The mortality problem means, that the mating stock must be constantly refurbished.

Notwithstanding the dangers of childbirth, a healthy snail can produce three or four clutches of eggs per year, mainly in the spring and autumn.
At the height of Summer there is a lull in Production and during Winter the snails Hibernate, Based on these figures, each snail ring can produce approximately 200,000 young snails per year, When trasfered to the growing out sheds, the snails are fed a combination of prepared food and vegetable matter dropped into the sheds.

The Growing out time is about 11 to 14 months and so there is a considerable time delay between starting a snail Farm, and gaining revenue from the sale of snail meat.
When they are fully grown, the snails are moved to the purging tanks, The snails live in these tanks, for a period of 5 to 7 days.

The Snails are then processed, cleaned, de-shelled and cooked. Following this the snails are sold by the dozen, to the network, of Restaurants and caterers, which have been built up over the couple of years since being in the snail farming business.

Due to the strong emphasis on quality assurance during the growing process, the snail from snail farms, Australia sells at a premium in the quality end of the market.
Of such importance is the controlof quality,in this Industry, that we are currently investigating, the process to gain standards accreditation.

Future moves on the property include the developmentof the free range area. In this area the density of mating snails will be reduced to about 25 per square metre but the feeding arrangement will be changed so that there will be rotations of different plants at different times of the year will be grown.

Readily available galvanised iron has been used to minimise cost.

A small copper lip or shim has been added to the top of the galvanised rim to prevent escape Retreats have been placed around the edge of the snail ring where snails can withdraw for safety during the day and hiberate during the winter.

In this case roofing tiles have been used for this purpose, the retreats are also located at an easy position for me and other workers to inspect the snails. Condition without the need to enter the snail rings and trample down the friable earth inside the ring.

Each ring is equipped with a centrally located, and computer controlled, water spray nozzle which is used to lightly spray the ring, in the evening.The arrival of the water is like a light shower of rain and this stimulates snails activity.

Simply constructed snail feeders made from readily available farm piping. The small diameter section holds the food and the larger diameter serves as a roof and shelter against preditors. A surface layer of highly friable soil is spread evenly around the inside of the ring.

The soil consists of organic matter and it is within this soft layer of earth that the snails lay their eggs. A sub surface layer of thicker gravel about 200mm thick aids with drainage and helps deter burrowing preditors such as rats and mice.

The aim of the galvanised metal is also dug into the ground, a short distance to help stop access by preditors.

Hi and welcome, Today we are going to be talking about From-Nothing-To-Something, What am I saying, well for about 6 years I have had a Computer and a conection to the Internet, and made nothing from it but spent a lot of money, on nothing, now when chatting in a Forum one day a guy asked me what I was into and when I asked him what he ment, looking stupid, because he was a guru as such and expert.
So from Nothing To Something I started to look for a way to make a living on line, with his help, but Nothing another dead End, why.
Here is the secret to all those, Get back to basics, and learn to do one thing and finish it, and make it work. and as you are doing this you are learning, to put things together properly.

I have started from scratch, with a new Computer, and a faster internet connection, and the Basics, and as I learn to put things together, I am writting it all into an Ebook so as I can then share it with all the newbies for a low price, that they can afford.

Well thank you for coming to check out my Blog on line 4 money, I do hope as we get going that we can help each other to find what we all are searching for in Online 4 Money.

You know people look in all soughts of places for Money, they Sell on Ebay, they go to Markets, they advertise in Paper's and on the Internet, all searching for Money and lots of it, so how much is too much money.
WEver stopped to ask yourself how much money do i need, what am i hoping to achieve, yes here on line 4 money, I asked my self that same question the other day, And i was horriffied at my findings.
First I wanted enough to clear my Debts, then Buy a new Car, then look for a new Home, then a holiday, then save a few thousands.
But then I wanted to help other's, yes thats right help other's get out of Debt, thats right not a miss print; see I know where I am right now, and for me to get what I need and go where i'm wanting to go; I need to help you, and Mary down the road, and Bill over the Street.

Its called loving your Neighbour, as you love yourself; and God helps those who help other's I've seen it happen, in my own town, and its wonderful when people stop just looking after number one; and helps number two, three, four, five, and six, and seven, and eight, till we are all helping each other to a level we are looking for.

You try it with some thing small, and watch it grow into some thing big, and beautiful for all those you are helping and your own needs will be met try it.
